Feel where you touch the ground…

…whether it’s your feet on the floor or the grass or the pavement, your bottom in a chair or on a cushion. Let yourself have the support of the Earth, who graciously offers to hold us up each day as we walk through life.

Breathe in through your nose, see if you can move the breath downward toward your center, hold for a count of 3, release through your mouth.

Repeat as desired.

May we all be more grounded in our responses, in connection with the Earth and all our relations.
